Returns and Exchanges
The deadline for returns is 7 days from the date of receipt at your home. For any information, please use the contact form or call our customer service department at 856 10 75 51.
Only a product in the same condition as it was received, including packaging, corks, instructions, promotional gifts, etc., can be returned.
The following products cannot be returned: incomplete, scratched, or damaged products, opened contact lens boxes, and personalized products.
Amati Óptica Clínica will refund your money through the same payment method used for the order. In case of bank transfer, we will transfer your money to the account you provide us. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, who can choose the shipping method to the optician for the return, ensuring that it arrives in good condition. You can also return the product directly to the store located at Calle Corredera.
When a product is returned, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a fixed amount of 7€ will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for management and initial shipping costs.
