Exchanges and returns

The average return period is  7 days  from receipt at home. For any information, use the contact form or call our customer service department at +34 856 10 75 51 or +34 673501981.

A product may only be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including packaging, corks, instructions, promotional gifts, etc.

The following products cannot be returned:  products that are incomplete, scratched or damaged, contact lens boxes that have been opened and personalized products.

Amati Óptica Clínica will refund your money using the same payment method you used to place the order. If it is a bank transfer, we will transfer your money to the account you provide us. The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, who can choose the method of shipping to the optician for the return, ensuring that it arrives in good condition. We recommend choosing a shipment that includes the tracking option since the return will be made when we receive the product. You can also return it directly to the Calle Corredera store. 

When a product is returned, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and a fixed amount of  7 will be deducted from the amount to be paid for management and initial postage in Spain, when the postage has been paid (because the purchase is less than 70 euros or because it is purchased from abroad, the full amount of the item will be refunded without postage paid). Return costs, except in the case of shipping errors, are borne by the customer. 

Amati Optica Clinica does not assume any customs charges. The customer is responsible for paying the customs charges in his/her country. These amounts are not refundable.
