2) Shipping Method

For Spain, all our shipments will be made through courier services and will be dispatched from SPAIN

Shipments to non-peninsular destinations will be made through insured certified mail. The customer will be provided with the package tracking number so that they can track the shipment. The delivery time for products in stock will be 1-2 business days. If the product is not available, the approximate delivery time will be 10 business days and the customer will be notified via email or phone.

If the requested product is under production, we will communicate the approximate delivery time to the customer with the option to cancel their order if the delivery time is exceeded, and the purchase amount will be refunded automatically.

If there are any customs or tariff expenses, those expenses will be borne by the buyer.

For EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES:

3) In-store pickup

We offer the option of in-store pickup for customers who place their orders through the website and wish to pick up their order at Calle Corredera nº36 in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), postal code 11402.

**To be able to pick up your shipment in-store:

You will need to bring your ID card, driver’s license, or passport. If someone else is picking up the shipment on your behalf, they will need to bring a photocopy of your ID card, driver’s license, or passport along with an authorization letter signed by you (where your name, ID number, signature, and the name or ID number of the person authorized to pick up your shipment are stated).

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

Any shipping address provided by the customer that is incorrect or incomplete and results in a return and associated expenses, those expenses will be borne by the customer, as the company is not responsible for such a return.

In case of a product return, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and a fixed amount of 7 € will be deducted from the refund amount for administrative expenses.
