Returns & Exchanges

The customer has 7 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the purchased product. The delivery receipt of the courier company will suffice as proof of the date of receipt.

Only a product can be returned in the same conditions in wich it was received, packaging, corks, instructions, etc ...

The following products may not be returned: products that are incomplete, scratched or damaged, contact lens cases that have been opened and custom products such as graduated glasses.

Federapticos Amati will refund your money through the same payment method with which you placed the order. In the case of a bank transfer, we will transfer your money to the account you provide. The cost of return of the product is charged to the customer, who can be reimbursed if Federapticos Amati estimates it.

The term of the returns of average is 7 days so if you receive it in that period you will contact the customer service department at 856 10 75 51.
